Spiro Pappas Super Street 1969 Camaro Z28 RS Performance Restorations is proud to have been selected to do the custom paint job on Spiro’s new Camaro. Legendary Super Street Racer Spiro Pappas has returned to NMCA and Super Street racing action. Spiro was one of the original guys who helped form the class way back when the NMCA was just getting into Fast Street Car Racing. Always the man to beat back in the day, his love of the sport has brought him back to entertain us once more. During his “tune up” season Spiro broke all the records in the NMCA with his 15 year old 69 Camaro race car that was updated to Turbo power from the Nitrous setup he once ran. Now a new car has been built that replicates the old car. With a new tube chassis and a 2500 horse power 565 cubic inch Hemi head twin turbo fuel injected Fast Times Big Block Chevy engine, Spiro will be laying down the law once again this year. A fierce competitor never satisfied with second best he is sure to rein as King once more in Super Street with his unbelievable trend setting radical new car.
Myself and the entire crew here at performance restorations want to wish him the best with his comeback.
